If you’re following this blog and wondering if you are a binge eater or not, here are a few binge eating facts. Everyone overeats from time to time, but binge eating is more than overeating. It’s eating out of control as a compulsive behavior and it doesn’t just happen on special occasions. Here are some binge eating facts to help you determine whether or not your eating qualifies as binge eating in relation to the compulsive behavior that has been recognized as an eating disorder. In most cases people with this disorder are overweight or obese:

Eat in secret even when not hungry
Feel shame and guilt for their binging
May hide food
“Grazing” continuously and never feeling satisfied
Eat when stressed
Eat when feeling uncertain
Unable to control how much you’re eating
Experiment with a multitude of diets
I don’t know about you but I see myself in more than one of these. In fact, I see myself in ALL of them! Tomorrow we’ll take a look at self help for binge eating. That’s right. There is hope!

umm fun facts! lol with bulemia you tear up your throat which leads to cancer, you lose your teath, hair falls out, nails break, horrible breath, heart, lung, kidney, and other major organs start to fail, the list goes on and on!
